Nose:	Peaty, woody, some pepper, candied cherry, heath.
Flavour:	White pepper, wood, flower sweetness, hint of peat, salty, complex.
Body:	Smooth, round, oily, calm lasting finish.
Comments:	It took only one sip for Talisker te reconfirm itself as one of my favorite distilleries.
