Nose: Sour apples, caramel candy, pollen, some apricot.
Flavour: Slightly salty, a little wine, minerals, apricot, brown spiced biscuit, treacle-waffles.
Body: Round, slightly sharp, slightly dry, oily, makes your cheeks smoulder, finishes with a alcohol like sharpness.
Comments: The semi-sharp finish was both unexpected and unfortunate, as it diminishes it's overall mildly feral character
