Nose: Sweet and sour, dark, some apples.
Flavour: A little sour, red apples, woody.
Body: Oily, slightly dry, a little thin.
Comments: Did someone drop a bolle of calvados in this barrel? It's not bad at all, but I think I'll leave this one to somebody else next time
