Nose: Overripe banana, smooth, a little sweet, some grain.
Flavour: Overripe banana, a little menthos, gentle, a little white pepper, stimulating.
Body: Slightly fat, a little dry, a somewhat beady structure.
Comments: Very pleasant to drink, with more character than I expected.
