Nose: Faint, some acetone, a little butter, grassy.
Flavour: Bitter, sourish, slightly rancid, pepper, creamy.
Body: Quite dry, slightly oily, calm, smooth finish.
Comments: It takes a while for the inner Talisker to stand up. It's one of those whiskies that grows on you.
