Nose: Fresh, some wood, a little pepper, some fruits, hints of red wine, a little sour, fresh leaves.
Flavour: Fresh red wine, salty, peppery, woody, slightly stale, earthy.
Body: Stimulating, thick on the cheek, nice finish.
Comments: Interesting experiment, but not good enough to make my evening.
