Nose:	Smooth, grain, grassy, woody, sweet apples, faint acetone, very slightly stale.
Flavour:	Peppery, vanilla, some wood, sweet, a little sherry, sour finish.
Body:	Dry, granular, sharp, oily, pleasantly warm.
Comments:	Unfortunately it's taste is unable to fully blossom. Still very nice.
