Nose: Raisins, thick sherry, wood, some sea salt, a little citrus, vanilla.
Flavour: Sherry, wood, sea salt, glue, spices, pepper, has a finish with sal ammoniac.
Body: Slightly sharp, oily, full, thick, dry, has a great movement around your tongue.
Comments: A great structure built om top of a sturdy wooden base
