Nose: Smooth, faint, sweet, slightly dark fruit, some wood.
Flavour: Sweet, hints of port, dark fruit, some wood, slightly spicy.
Body: Oily, fatty, has a calm finish.
Comments: It's a fine whisky, but we're missing some depth with this one. Perhaps it's just us getting used to the new range Like the Lasante we feel it could have benefited from a little citrus.
