Nose:	Sweet, fruity, acetone, flowers, round.
Flavour:	A little pepper, some butter, fruity, citrus, wood, fruits, a hint of sherry, some seasalt.
Body:	A little dry, has some sharp edges, simply beautiful in your mouth. Has a very pleasant fruity finish.
Comments:	A little less alcohol wouldn't have hurt, but a joy to drink non-the-less
