Nose: Faint, clear, fragrant, cereal.
Flavour: Buttery, sherry, spices, salty, slightly rancid/sour in the background.
Body: Fatty, dry, some movement in the back of your throat.
Comments: It takes some time to get used to it, but it turns out to have quite a rich and versatile character.
