Nose:	Gentle and sweet.
Flavour:	A little sour, on the sharp side, slightly warm, stimulating, slightly spicy.
Body:	Calm, full, slightly sirupy, dry finish.
Comments:	Quite ok but not very special. Seems like a perfect candidate for experimenting with different finishes.
