Nose:	Fresh, a hint of anise, mild caramel, some wood, light salmiac powder candy.
Flavour:	Candy sweetness, tobacco, vanilla, grain, red fruit, laurel, toffee, a hint of charcoal, mild spices in the finish.
Body:	Beautifully round, smooth viscous, gently dry, calm dynamic finish.
Comments:	An absolutely delicious bourbon. I won't need anything else to make it through a sunny summer day.
