Nose:	Light, fresh fruity, light sourness, warm apple juice, a hint of mint.
Flavour:	Apple, pear, some sourness, liquorice, some wood, a hint of toffee.
Body:	Quite dry, light creamy.
Comments:	Pleasantly surprised due to the bigger influence of the finish then I expected.
