Nose: Beef jerky, herbs, young wood, peach, vanilla.
Flavour: Yellow fruit, citrus, vanilla, new oak, a hint of caramel.
Body: Chewy, slightly creamy, nicely viscous on the cheeks.
Comments: Pleasantly full while it's young age actually gives it a nice sharp edge.
