Nose: A hint of peat, smoke, sherry, sweetness.
Flavour: Beautiful peat, raisin, sherry, toffee, salty, liquorice, smoke, a hint of sourish radish.
Body: Full, sharp on the tip of your tongue, thick oily, pleasantly viscous, pretty dry.
Comments: For me this is the benchmark on how a sherried peated whisky ought to be.
