Nose: Sweet, spices, some rubber bands, cacao, roasted nuts, Christmas cake, bitter wood.
Flavour: Sweet, oleaginous chocolate, cheese, wood, moccha, sweet red fruit, light milk sourish, full ripe oranges.
Body: Round, greasy, beautifully viscous on the cheeks.
Comments: A great example of a sherry cask enhancing the characteristics of a distillery in a dram.
