Nose: Vanilla, flowers, some wheat, gentle fruit, slightly vegetables.
Flavour: Vanilla, light ginger, gentle fruit, some vegetables, slightly nutty, a hint of grapefruit,light bitterness, white pepper, a hint of clipboard.
Body: Dry, initially thin oily, quite sharp.
Comments: Has a surprising amount of flavours but could use a few more years in a cask in my opinion.
