Nose: Dark, rubber, sweet, gentle red fruit.
Flavour: Lightly grilled fruit, sweet, chocolate mousse, new wood.
Body: Creamy, oily, tingling.
Comments: It's got flavours I usually don't associate with a bourbon cask whith is a pleasant surprise. If only there was course of character building for whisky casks it could have taken.
