Nose:	Gentle, sweet, red fruit, slightly burning.
Flavour:	Salmiac powder candy, a hint of apple syrup, smoky, a little peat, a hint of caramel, a hint of a sourish red wine ball candy, calm dynamic.
Body:	Creamy, smooth oily.
Comments:	The fact that is has some character (though a little) does save the day.
