Nose: Sharp, glue, grassy, vanilla, young wood, sweet gentle fruit.
Flavour: Thin, sweet, vanilla, white pepper, young wood, paprika, a hint of white apricot, a hint of raspberries.
Body: Slightly oily, slightly viscous.
Comments: It's good it doesn't have the sharp edges I expected from a young grain. Unfortunately does live up to my expectations of a lack of taste and character.
