Nose: Sweet, mowed grass, tangerines.
Flavour: Yellow fruit, clove, sweet, tangerines, some wood, a little sal ammoniac, some sweetness and bitter wood in the finish.
Body: Round, creamy dryness, buttery viscous.
Comments: It's a little timid even though we promised we wouldn't bite.
