Flavour: Beautifully fresh, red fruit, red pepper, a hint of whole grain cookies, sourish fruit candy.
Body: Slightly greasy, a little stimulating, nicely viscous, light yet full at the same time
Comments: A prime example of a quality cask nursing it's child into an outstanding grown-up
