Nose:	Sweet, grapes, dry twigs, mossy, dried currants, honey, some apricot.
Flavour:	Sherry, red wine, syrup, sweet, light chili, wood, tannins, caramel, dark vanilla, has a slightly sourish finish with some butter and minerals.
Body:	Syrupy, pleasantly rough, tasty lasting finish.
Comments:	Quite nice but I wonder how it would taste if the sherry and burgundy had been more of a unity.
