Nose: Slightly sweet, gentle freshness, a hint of peat, a hint of smoke, figs, gentle grapefruit.
Flavour: Peat, figs, dark gentle herbs, some wood, sweet light sherry.
Body: Round, pleasantly greasy, warm thickness, pleasantly lasting finish.
Comments: The PX sherry definitely adds a welcome extra layer of depth.
