Nose:	Fresh lactic acid, slightly sour cherries, a hint of breakfast cake.
Flavour:	Light fruitiness, light vanilla, some breakfast cake, tasty bitterness, develops beautifully with a great fruity finish.
Body:	Light, beautifully oily.
Comments:	The way it's enhanced the original with a flavour elaborating perfectly on it's nose shows the hand of the master.
