Nose:	Juniper berries, gentle, white pepper, a little sweet, celery, rhubarb, like a pleasant summer evening.
Flavour:	Blackberries jam, peppery, salty, a little sherry, nutmeg.
Body:	Light, slightly dry, calm.
Comments:	Great taste, pleasant body, nicely balanced, it was simply been bottled at the perfect time.
