Nose: Peaty, smooth, warm, slightly medicinal.
Flavour: Smooth, round, sea, island.
Body: Nicely thick, emulsive. Unfortunately, the amount of alcohol got in the way of the whisky itself.
Comments: At least we now know how a Caol Ila should taste like
