Nose: Some liquorice, some mint, dough, wax, a little smelly french cheese.
Flavour: Sourish, red grapefruit, some spices, fresh cherries, slightly bitter, red wine ball candy, dynamic.
Body: Creamy, oily, round.
Comments: Even as a devil's advocate, suggesting to close down more distilleries so there'll be more casks left like this one is a step too far, if only a little.
