Nose: Sal ammoniac, a little sour, fruits, flowers, wood, boiled meat, dark moor.
Flavour: Blackcurrant, a hint of metal, green mango, ash, some wood, a hint of brown sugar, calm dynamic, salty, sal ammoniac, dark moor, nicely burned lasting finish.
Body: Pleasantly fat, grating creamy, round oily.
Comments: One of those whiskies where you can taste the craftsmanship.
