Nose: Gentle, fruity, pasture, citrus, a little bitter, a hint of banana.
Flavour: Smoke, tar, apples, pear, syrup, some minerals, citrus, honey, macaroon.
Body: Beautifully round, olive oily like, pleasantly dry.
Comments: Definitely an atypical Highland Park. That said, it's still premium quality.
