Nose:	Oloroso sherry, sweet, dark, a little bitter in the background.
Flavour:	Oloroso sherry, old coffee, slightly burned raisin cake, butter. Quite a sourish finish.
Body:	Oily, starts nicely full, thin finish.
Comments:	It's got all the right ingredients, but falls show when it's time for the finish.
