Nose:	Sherry, thin, sour, wood.
Flavour:	Sweet, honey, wood, a little spicy, sherry, butter, a little sourish in the throat.
Body:	Round, smooth, easy.
Comments:	The finish has completely taken over the character of the original whisky. Since I'm a sucker for sherry whiskies, I'm not complaining though.
