Warm, slightly rancid, a little citrus, a few nuts, slightly bitter, cheese. |

Bitter, syrup, peppery, citrus, smoke, wood, butter/rancid. |

lightly sharp, round, full, pleasantly dynamic, very nice lasting finish. |

Do add some water, but there's no stopping it after that. |
