Nose:	A little stale, mushroom, pear, vanilla.
Flavour:	Buttery, rancid, stewed pear, vanilla, chilli, salty, lasting dynamic finish.
Body:	Oily, viscous, full gentle dryness, a little burning.
Comments:	It's quite a mouth full which is more than fine with me.
