Nose: Very gentle, beautiful sherry, chocolate mousse, cherry, mild dark spices.
Flavour: Chocolate, mild sherry, old wood, dark spices, toffee, a hint of dried oranges, spcies in the pleasantly lasting finish.
Body: Beautifully chewy, viscous on the cheeks, beautifully firm dryness.
Comments: It's got a superb nose and I'm very glad the rest is able to hold their own against it.
