Nose: Sherry, sweet, fresh mint, a little gentle spicy, dry fallen leaves, a hint of peach, a hint of the pulp of white grapes, dynamic.
Flavour: Sherry, sweet, sweet apple, a little stone-fruit, some wood, a hint of dandruff, a hint of anise, salty.
Body: Pleasantly round oily, dry stimulating finish.
Comments: I've never experienced a whisky where the scent took the lead in such a big way.
