Peat, a little sour, sweet, spicy, slightly burned. |

Dry peat, butter, charcoal, some nuts, white pepper, a little salty. |
Body: |
Slightly oily, round, gentle. |
Comments: |
There's just a little too much emphasis on the peat, though it's still easy to enjoy. |
